# About Us

We understand the challenges community managers encounter when building their community. That is why our mission is to support the growth of developer communities by offering a simple & customisable onboarding platform designed specially for developer communities.

Onboard enables community managers to design a series of interactive quests for their members.&#x20;

By participating in quests, community members are introduced and encouraged to engage with the wider developer community. Besides, members can compete for top spots on the <mark style="color:purple;">**leaderboard**</mark>, and [<mark style="color:purple;">**get rewarded**</mark>](/onboard/for-community-admins/rewarding-your-community.md) for completing quests!&#x20;
