# Rewarding Your Community

As a community manager, you have the flexibility to determine how you want to reward your members for their active participation in your quests. Use your primary communication channel to inform your members about the exciting rewards and build anticipation for their journey ahead!

### <mark style="color:purple;">**Types of Rewards:**</mark>

Rewards can take various forms, including both financial and non-financial incentives. However, it's important to note that Onboard does not facilitate any transactions on our platform. You have the autonomy to distribute rewards in the most suitable manner for your community.

Here are some ideas for you to consider:

1. Gift cards or community merchandise
2. 1-1 mentorships
3. Speaking opportunities at events
4. Special roles and badges on Discord
5. Special portfolio feature on your community’s page

{% hint style="info" %}
Consider recognising **top achievers** on your leaderboard or members who have unlocked specific levels on your quest board. These incentives can further motivate and engage your community members, making their participation even more rewarding.
{% endhint %}

The choice of rewards is entirely in your hands, allowing you to shape a unique experience for your community. Get creative, establish meaningful incentives, and inspire your members to begin their journey!

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.onboard.dev/onboard/for-community-admins/rewarding-your-community.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
