⭐Community Admin Role
Adding a community admin
As a community admin, you may add other individuals as community admins to help you manage your community:
1) Enter an email and hit "invite"
2) Your community admin should receive an email informing him/her that admin access has been granted. Simply follow the link within the email to view the community page.
3) Your community admin should now be granted administrative access, allowing him/her to create quests, review quest submissions and amend community settings!
Approving #SUBMIT & #PARTICIPATE quests
1) Approve #SUBMIT quest submissions
For #SUBMIT quest types, you are required to review all quest submissions before XP are being awarded to your members.
1) Click on "Reviews" to see all pending reviews submitted by your members.
2) Reviews are sorted based on the "Latest Claimed" by members. You may choose to sort them based on the "Oldest Claimed" by utilising the sorting function. You may also use the filter function to view submissions for specific #SUBMIT quests.
3) Click "Approve" once you have reviewed the submission.
4) View all previously approved submissions from the "History" tab. Do note that you are unable to undo this action and retract the XP awarded.
2) Approve #PARTICIPATE quest submissions
For #PARTICIPATE quest types, you are required to upload a .csv file containing a list of emails before EXP are being awarded to your members. This is to confirm your member's attendance of the event.
1) Click on "Review" from the #PARTICIPATE quest card.
2) Prepare a .csv file containing the emails of participants you wish to award XP to.
Please do not include a header column and any spaces after emails.
Please download the file below as an example of the format required:
3) Upload the .csv file. Members who do not have an Onboard account will be highlighted. Only members who have an Onboard account will be awarded XP. New members who create an account subsequently will also be automatically awarded XP for this quest.
4) Click "Submit" to reward your members with XP for attending your event.
5) XP will be automatically awarded to qualifying members.
